Do credits expire?
Starter and Popular credits are valid for 30 days from purchase — plenty of time to explore. Premium credits never expire. Use them next week or next year.
What happens if I don't use all my credits in 30 days?
Unused Starter and Popular credits expire after 30 days. If you want credits that last indefinitely, choose the Premium bundle. We'll send a reminder email before your credits expire.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no credits have been consumed. Contact support@knkitools.com and we'll process it within 48 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?

Quiz answers are processed entirely in your browser and never transmitted to our servers. Only your account information (email, username) and credit balance are stored. We never sell data to third parties.
