Refund Policy

At KNKI Tools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund process.
Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
- No credits from the purchase have been consumed (used to unlock premium reports or features)
- You have not previously received a refund for the same purchase
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Any credits from the purchase have been consumed
- The refund request is made more than 14 days after purchase
- Your account has been terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund

Please include the following information in your request:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund (optional but helpful)
Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 2 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds. If any credits from a purchase have been consumed, the entire purchase becomes non-refundable. We encourage you to try our free assessment features before purchasing credits to ensure our tools meet your expectations.
